2. You may re-schedule your booking time but please keep rescheduling to a minimum

5. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior for your Face to Face Reading. You punctuality is appreciated..
6. Face to Face readings are always done one on one unless by prior arrangement with Regin.
7. Very important. Do not have a friend or family member in the room with you during a phone/online reading unless pre approved by Regin. It can negatively affect your reading.
8. Abusive, angry, aggressive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated at anytime and will result in the termination of your session and forfeit of the balance.
